Potential delays in milestone completion are managed through email notiﬁcations sent to the responsible stakeholders with escalation to line managers when necessary. Once production has been completed the mobile app will allow all 3rd party vendors to login, scan QR code,upload images and approve or reject items during distribution, warehousing and execution via a smart device.Uploaded images are automatically geo tagged and stored for auditing purposes with the status of the project updated on the web portal in real time.
